1333 S. Miami Ave is a property owned by one of our most prestigious clients who have worked with us for all our years in the business. The building has 3 floors and is located in the center of Brickell, Miami. The idea for this remodeling is to change the tone of the facade and make it more modular with new materials. The first floor would be the lobby that currently houses 4 offices. And the second and third floors will be a mix of co-working spaces and office spaces.
On the inside, the elevator would be remodeled and some partitions would be demolished to make space for greater office spaces and more open space for coworking.
