1. Height Integration with Neighboring Homes:

The design aims to create a single-story home that visually harmonizes with the adjacent three-story residences. To achieve this, the home features high ceilings up to 24 feet in the center. This vertical emphasis ensures the home stands tall and impressive.

2. Maximizing Openness and Natural Light:

The project focuses on creating an airy and inviting atmosphere by maximizing openness and natural light. Large windows are implemented to ensure that every space within the home is bathed in natural light. This design choice enhances the sense of spaciousness and establishes a strong connection to the outdoors, making the interior feel bright and expansive.

3. Central Courtyard for Nature Integration:

A lush courtyard is designed at the beginning of the home, serving as a green focal point. This central courtyard brings nature inside, providing a serene and calming environment. It enhances the sense of spaciousness and offers a unique indoor-outdoor living experience. The courtyard is a key element that enriches the overall ambiance of the home.
