Investment Opportunity
3121 Plaza St is an investment opportunity that we had in the past in which some of our clients raised funds in order to build duplexes in Coconut Grove, Florida. The idea for this project is to build a multi-family investment that can later be sold or rented out and produce passive income.
The design idea for this particular custom home is of an open space in the ground floor that would have the kitchen, family room, living room, and one powder. There is a garage and a laundry room. There is also a big enough space for a jacuzzi and/or a pool. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and both are overlooking a balcony while the other two are in the middle and share a jack-and-jill bathroom. The important thing to note about these duplexes is the big potential for these in the area. Coconut Grove is a beautiful area that is in high demand because of its great connection toe the outdoors and the newer buildings that are happening along US-1.
