Work Done: Architecture Design & Construction
The project is a luxurious waterfront residence that harmoniously blends modern architecture with nature's splendor. Nestled along a pristine coastline, this awe-inspiring residence is designed to provide full visibility of the ocean, immersing its inhabitants in breathtaking panoramic views. The main focus of this architectural masterpiece is to create an oasis of tranquility, allowing residents to escape the hustle and bustle of urban life and embrace the serene beauty of the sea.
Prime Location and Orientation: The residence is strategically positioned to face the ocean directly, ensuring uninterrupted views from multiple vantage points within the house. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors allow the natural light to flood the interiors, enhancing the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Stepped Elevated Vegetation at the Front: To seamlessly integrate the structure with the surrounding environment, the front of the residence features stepped elevated vegetation. Lush greenery and carefully chosen native plants cascade down gentle slopes, creating a natural buffer between the house and the coastal landscape. This green feature not only adds to the aesthetics but also contributes to environmental sustainability by providing natural cooling and habitat for local wildlife.
Spacious Rear Outdoor Gathering Areas: At the rear of the residence, a vast exterior space provides ample room for gatherings, outdoor entertainment, and relaxation. A grand terrace extends from the main living area, featuring a stunning infinity pool that seemingly merges with the ocean beyond. A sunken lounge with a cozy fire pit creates a comfortable space for intimate gatherings and mesmerizing sunsets.
Open-Concept Interior: Inside, the residence embraces an open-concept layout that emphasizes the connection between living spaces and the surrounding scenery. The main living area seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining room, and lounge, fostering a sense of openness and flow. Natural materials like wood, stone, and glass are used throughout to maintain a sense of continuity with the coastal environment.
